The Hall of Fire Index

Hi folks,

No one knows better than me how Real Life can interfere with fannish activities. But the last issue was published in January and it's now April. That's a pretty long hiatus for Hall of Fire. Could you post something to let us know what's going on? So we won't worry? If you need help, tell us and ask for volunteers!

Like the above poster, I wasn't sure where to put this, so I put it here.

For the past several weeks, every time I have tried to view www.halloffire.org, I have received an error message stating, "Access Denied, you are not authorized to access this page," and so I have been unable to get to the list of issues of The Hall of Fire. Eventually (i.e. today), I ended up creating a user account and logging in, and then everything worked fine. I don't know whether this error message is intentional or not, but I thought I should let someone know about it.

I can find no where else to write this but feel compelled to say something...

I have just finished downloading all the issues of HoF after only recently coming across your site. I bought the Decipher books a few years back and was mightily impressed despite not having had the opportunity to play as yet (I'm working on my RPG grp).

I must say I am also something of a compulsive RPG resource downloader for the many games and systems that grace my shelves and, over the years, have downloaded hundreds of pages of stuff.

So as something of a connoisseur I must say that HoF is by far the most impressive RPG resource I have ever downloaded in terms of depth and quality. This is especially welcome as, unfortunately, no more books are forthcoming from Decipher. Long may you continue!
